2023-2024 School Year

January 13th - 18th 

Re-enrollment for Current Families

January 23rd - February 3rd

Based on re-enrollment and availability, we will open New Student Applications for the 23-24 school year. CHCA has very limited openings for the 23-24 school year. Be sure to check back on January 23rd to see what grade levels have open applications! 


February 6th - 10th 

Phase 1: Admissions Committee Review of applications and all required documents. 


February 21st - March 3rd

Phase 2: Selected applicants will move to interview and academic evaluation.


by March 24th

Phase 3: Decision Letters will be mailed 

Families receiving acceptance have one week to respond and complete the enrollment process. 

Admissions Requirements and Guidelines:

Required to be considered for enrollment:


  • Student Application

  • Pastor Reference

  • Mentor/Personal Reference (if applicable)

  • Teacher Reference (if applicable)

  • Most recent report card (must have attendance documented)

  • Most recent testing

  • Academic and Behavioral records 


Other information taken into consideration for enrollment decisions:

  • Grade level availability

  • Assessment for adding an additional class to specific grade levels that have adequate number of applicants
