03

Student Screener & Family Interview

If your application meets our admissions criteria and space remains available in your desired grade level, your family will be invited to campus for the next step in the admissions process.

During this visit:

  • Parents and students will participate in a Family Interview with school leadership.

  • Students will complete an in-person academic screener aligned to their current grade level.

This time allows our team to get to know your family, discuss educational goals and expectations, and determine whether Chapel Hill Christian Academy is the right fit for your student.

04

Admissions Review

Following the Family Interview and Student Screener, our Admissions Committee will carefully review each application. This process helps ensure prospective students align with the academic, personal, and spiritual qualities valued at Chapel Hill Christian Academy.

05

Admissions Offer & Enrollment

Following the Admissions Review process, families will be notified regarding enrollment decisions. If enrollment is offered, families will have one week to accept or decline placement for the upcoming school year.

Nondiscrimination Policy

Chapel Hill Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, nationality or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Chapel Hill Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race in administration of its educational policies, scholarship and other school-administered programs.
