ADMISSIONS PROCESS

[for families new to CHCA]

Thank you for your interest in joining the CHCA Family for the 2021-2022 school year!

The first step in our Admissions Process is to apply. Applications for the 21-22 school year are now open. Here's how you can begin this process:

  • We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account.

  • Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child.

  • You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Our recommended application deadline is February 7, 2021.

The admissions committee will begin to review your applications and required forms once they are all submitted ( Pastor Reference Form, Character Reference Form, and Teacher Reference Form).  Financial Aid applications will also be due at this time.

Applicants will be notified of the decision of the admissions committee by email, phone or mail no later than April 1, 2021.
