Head of School Welcome
Dear Students, Parents, and Friends of CHCA,
As Chapel Hill Christian Academy’s Head of School, I would like to welcome you to our website and thank you for your interest in our school.
Chapel Hill’s calling is to be a school that partners with families in the teaching of their children by providing an education that is distinctively Christian, academically excellent, Biblically saturated and service and mission oriented. CHCA is an interdenominational Christian school located in Clarksville, Tennessee.
The story of how this school came to be is a story of God’s love and faithfulness. In 2019, God began to stir the idea of a different kind of place for students and families to partner together in education in my heart. A school that is faith based and Spirit filled- one where students can receive an incredible education to prepare them for their future, as well as partner with families to build the foundation and nurture a relationship with Jesus Christ. Plain and simple, God showed me the need for a school where children can fall in love with Jesus. I began to take steps in researching and learning more about planting an independent school, spent intentional time in prayer to learn more about His vision and plan, and took big leaps of faith in trusting that this was exactly what He was calling me to do for our city. Clarksville holds a special place in my heart; being born and raised here, it is an honor to be able to give back to our community and invest in the lives of our children and families here. I am so grateful to have this opportunity and feel so much love and awe that God would allow my family and I to be a part of this school

In August of 2020, Chapel Hill opened its doors and began with a tender and unmistakable calling from the Lord: to create a distinctly Christian school where students could grow from their earliest years through graduation...rooted in God’s Word, known and loved, challenged academically, and prepared to follow Christ wherever He leads them.
At the time, full-time PK3 through 12th grade was only a vision. We could not yet see every classroom, teacher, program, or student who would become part of the story. We simply knew what the Lord was asking us to do, and we trusted Him with each next step.
Year by year, He has faithfully made a way.
We added grades, welcomed students and families, called teachers and leaders, and grew our Hybrid Homeschool program. There have been joyful seasons and challenging ones, but through them all, God has remained faithful. And every day, across every age and program, the heart of the work has been the same: helping students know Jesus, grow in truth, and discover the gifts He has given them.
As we look ahead to the 2027–2028 school year, CHCA will offer full-time PK3 through 12th grade. We will also celebrate our first full-time graduating class.
It is difficult to put into words what that graduation will mean, as Founder and as momma. I think about the students who will walk across the stage, and I also think about all the students growing here right now, from our youngest children learning to read and pray, to our Hybrid Homeschool families partnering with us in their children’s education, to our high school students preparing for what comes next. The vision has always been about who all of our students are today and who we pray they will become.
We pray that they will know and love Jesus deeply.
That they will recognize truth because they have been grounded in God’s Word.
That they will pursue excellence with humility, lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and courageously follow God’s calling on their lives.
We pray they will carry the love, light, and truth of Christ into their homes, churches, colleges, workplaces, and communities.
Our graduates will carry the Chapel Hill story beyond our school, and, Lord willing, they will be followed by generations of students who have been taught, discipled, loved, and prepared at CHCA. That preparation is happening now, in classrooms, in chapel, at home, on the playground, and in the conversations our teachers and families have with students every day.
To every family who has prayed, sacrificed, trusted, served, given, and believed in this calling: thank you. You have helped build more than a school. You have helped create a place where children can encounter truth, discover their God-given purpose, and be prepared to make an eternal difference.
Plain and simple, my hope is that CHCA is a place where students can fall in love with Jesus and get an incredible education. What began as a calling is becoming a complete PK3–12th grade school. Yet in so many ways, this is only the beginning.
