CHCA SPIRITUAL LIFE
Local Missions : Loving Our Hometown Well
At Chapel Hill Christian Academy, we believe that missions begin right where we are. Before we go into all the world, we are called to love our neighbors, serve our community, and live out the Gospel every day.
Our heart for service extends beyond global partnerships to the streets, schools, and neighborhoods right here in Clarksville. Through local outreach projects, service days, and community partnerships, students learn that mission work isn’t limited to a trip or a destination—it’s a lifestyle rooted in compassion, humility, and the love of Jesus.

Faith in Action: Serving Our Community
We want our students to see the needs around them and respond with open hands and willing hearts. From the youngest learners to our high school leaders, every Chapel Hill student participates in age-appropriate service opportunities that make a real impact in our hometown.

Students have:
-
Packed FUEL bags for local children in need through Hilldale Baptist Church.
-
Served at YAIPAK Outreach, helping sort donations and prepare resources for families in crisis.
-
Honored and prayed over local pastors during Pastor Appreciation Week.
-
Visited and delivered cards to nursing homes, veterans’ homes, and first responders.
-
Partnered with Hope Pregnancy Center, leading projects like “Bottles for Change.”
-
Collected donations and created care packages for foster children through TNKidsBelong.
-
Led service-focused clubs and events, such as K-Kids, Beta Club, and CHCA Staff Serve Days.

These experiences help students connect classroom lessons to real-world compassion—seeing firsthand how faith, service, and community come together to reflect the heart of Christ.

Cultivating Servant Leaders
Service is woven into the fabric of Chapel Hill life. We intentionally teach that leadership begins with servanthood, and that every act of kindness—big or small—can demonstrate God’s love to others.
Our goal is to raise up students who notice needs, take initiative, and act with empathy. Whether organizing drives for local ministries, encouraging community workers, or volunteering their time, Chapel Hill students are learning that loving our hometown well is one of the most powerful ways to live out their faith.

Partnering with Our City
We are grateful to serve alongside local organizations and churches that are making a difference in Clarksville and beyond. Together, we can multiply our impact and show the city of Clarksville that CHCA is a light on the hill—serving with joy, humility, and purpose.
